After working for five years in film production in Paris, France, I moved to Vancouver in April 2009 to continue my career in the industry.
My work in documentaries has allowed me to gain experience in a very wide range of production tasks, from coordination to technical, administrative or even accounting tasks. Most of my experience is office based, but I also have had the opportunity to work on shooting sets (for interviews, concert recordings, as well as a couple of feature films…), and I also am interested in following the more technical aspects of production and post-production.
I am a fast learner and my experience in the field is already quite strong. I have a good understanding of all aspects of film production and I believe that I have all the skills needed for this type of job: multi-tasking and organizational abilities, enjoying team work, being able to work on deadlines and handling overall production schedules as well as day to day situations…
I have great work ethics and I am hard-working as well as easy-going.
Whether it is as an assistant production coordinator or as a producer's assistant, I always look forward to the next work opportunity I can find.
After gaining more experience in the field and expending my professional network, I would ultimately like to have a more creative part in the production process.
